Karen lives in Indian Harbour with her husband of over 35 years. They have two daughters and an adorable grandson. She enjoys camping and boating.
She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and has intensive closing experience with Brevard County and has closed many transaction for the State of Florida. They have closed and insured multiple transactions including the 1,000 Islands in Cocoa Beach, Enchanted Forest, Jordan Scrub Sanctuary, Malabar Scrub Sanctuary, North Buck Lake Sanctuary and North Indian River Lagoon along with many other mitigations, donations and eminent domain proceedings. The best part of her job is her personal relationships with her loyal REALTORS and Lenders and feels they are and will always be part of her family.

Originally from West Virginia, Shelia relocated to Brevard County in 1985.
Emma Keck
Emma is a Florida native, who has been with our team since 2021. She has a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and knowledge about the title industry. She is currently attending Eastern Florida State College, where she is pursuing a degree in Business. In her free time, Emma enjoys reading and playing with her two rescue dogs.
Amanda Miniaci
Amanda was raised in Melbourne Beach and resides in Melbourne with her husband and son. She grew up in the real estate industry with a father as a Broker and Real Estate Attorney. Her career started over 15 years ago with her father after high school, and she branched out in the industry after he retired. She is a licensed title agent and happy to bring her experience to the team. In her off time, she enjoys singing music, painting and drawing, and values her time with her son, family and friends.
